    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. For House Bill No. 4208--A Bill to amend and reenact §60A-1-101 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend and reenact §60A-2-204; §60A-2-206, §60A-2-208, §60A-2-210 and §60A-2-212 of said code; and to amend and reenact §60A-3-308 of said code, all relating generally to controlled substances; modifying the lists of scheduled drugs; adding certain synthetic drugs to the list of scheduled substance; modifying and including definitions; and modifying manner in which buprenorphine and naloxone may be prescribed.
